It is a profound honor to serve as the President of the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women (NACOPRW) Northern Illinois Chapter. We stand at a pivotal moment of change, and my commitment is to ensure our organization remains a steadfast pillar of strength, advocacy, and excellence for Puerto Rican women across our region.

Our vision is rooted in the transformative power of intentional community investment. As President, I am dedicated to fostering strategic growth and cross-sector collaboration to elevate our mission. We aren't just preserving our history; we are actively building the infrastructure that allows our community to thrive in every arena from education, healthcare, law, to the trades and beyond.

Our strength lies in our collective expertise. From our veteran leaders to our emerging scholars, we represent a multidisciplinary powerhouse of talent. To realize our vision of Empowering Our Heritage and Engineering Our Future, our focus is centered on three core pillars:

• Professional Advancement: Scaling mentorship and training initiatives to ensure our members are leaders in every sector of the economy.
